How to Settings your New Blog

How to create a new blog or have but the setting has a problem, we could setting our new blog and even we could search our blog on search engines identify like Google, yahoo, Msn and others. If you do not know how to settings, please follow the steps below: 1. Please Login to blogger.com 2. In the Dashboard view Click Settings 3. Then Click the tab Basic. There is some form that must be filled include: • Title ⇒fill up with the title of your blog buddies. Example: My Simply Online Business • Description ⇒ fill up with a description of your blog. Example: How to create a new Blog and so on and so on. • Add your blog to our listings? ⇒ you choose yes it works for every post we always go on the list of Blogger.com. • Let the search engines find your blog? ⇒ select yes • Show Quick Editing on your Blog? ⇒ select Yes • Show Email Post links? ⇒ should select yes, but select no also no problem • Adult Content? ⇒ Select no. If you select yes means your blog is considered a blog for adults (a kind of porn blog) • Show Compose Mode for all your blog? ⇒ select Yes • Enable transliteration? ⇒ select disable, if you select Enable, then you want a button to change the character of the letters used to Hindi / India • Then Click the Save Settings. 4. Click the Publishing to set the menu: o Fill Your Domain / Address your Blog, Example: http://www.co.cc/?id=175606 Usually the address listed there is a direct address of your blog, so should not changed. o Fill up The Word Verification o Then Click the Save Settings / Save the settings. 5. Click the Formatting for the format of the menu settings: o Show / Display ⇒ select number of posts you want to display. For example: Show 7 posts on the main page, it means that posts will appear on your blog page is as many as seven posts. Select the post (not days) on its pulldown menu. o Date Header Format ⇒ Choose the date / month you like, format the date / month it will always appear above any of our postings. o Archive Index Date Format ⇒ select a model for archiving your favorite. For example: June 2009 o Timestamp Format ⇒ Select the form of time you like. For example: 11:54 AM o Time Zone ⇒ Select the appropriate time zone. Example for WIT: [GMT +07.00] Jakarta Or else o Language ⇒ Select the desired language. o Show Title Field ⇒ Select yes or no nothing o Show Link Field ⇒ select yes, but if choose not ,its fine. o Enable Float Alignment ⇒ select yes, but if want to select is not too fine o This column is optional if you use the facility Read More (non-classic templates) and to classic template in previous article. o Do not forget to Save Settings 6. Click the Comments To set the menu comments: o Comments ⇒ select show, is that your articles can be commented by the visitors o Who Can Commenting? ⇒ Choose Anyone - includes Anonymous user. This meant that everyone could comment not limited to members only blogspot. o Comments Default for Posts ⇒ select New Posts Have Comments. o Back links ⇒ Select Show. This meant that we know if there is put a link on our article. o Backlinks Default for Posts ⇒ select New Posts Have Backlinks / new post Have Backlinks. o Comments Timestamp Format ⇒ comments you can select the type of time format in the comments, could briefly as Example: 8:00 PM, or June 11, 2009 12:46 PM o Comment Form Message, in this field you can fill any comments to guide the visitors who will provide commentary. o Comment Moderation? ⇒ select Never (better). o Show word verification for comments?? ⇒ select Yes. This in intended to avoid the robot software in order to spam. o Show Profile images on comments? ⇒ select yes. This meant that the image id commentator wrote a blogger, can display photos. o Notification Email ⇒ fill in your email address, this meant that every one commented on your article, you can post an email from blogger.com as notification. o Click the Save Settings. 7. Click the Archiving / Archive To set the menu Archives: o Archive Frequency / Frequency Monthly Archives ⇒ select / Monthly. o Enable Post Pages? ⇒ select yes. o Click the Save Settings / Save Settings. 8. Click Site Feed menu to set the feed: o Allow Blog Feeds / Allow Blog Feed ⇒ select Full. o Post Feed Redirect URL / Post URL for Changing Direction of Feed ⇒ the contents with your feed address in feed burner, if you do not have, in clear only. o Post Feed Footer / Footer Feed ⇒ Please post the contents of the ad code you have, for example code from the Google Adsense ads, etc., but if you do not have, please empty it. o Do not forget to click the Save Settings / Save Changes.
